2. What data we process

• your first and last name, phone number, email, city and country of residence, and preferred contact method,
• your profession, specialisation, preferred countries of work and any information you include in your message,
• the content of the documents you upload – CV, diploma, diploma supplement and certificates,
• technical details of the submission: date and time, page language and where you came from (e.g. a link from Facebook).

Please don’t send us data we don’t need – for example your national ID number, passport number or health information.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for job placement: to assess your qualifications, find suitable vacancies, communicate with you and share your CV and documents with prospective employers.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box in the form.

4. Who we share data with

• prospective employers – healthcare providers in Slovakia, Czechia and Poland whose vacancies suit you,
• processors that run our technology: Google (storing forms and documents in Drive and Sheets) and Netlify (hosting this website).

These providers may process data outside the EU, especially in the USA. Transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

For a maximum of 2 years from the date you send the form, or less if you withdraw your consent earlier. After that we delete your data and documents.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@personall.sk. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Security

The form is sent encrypted (HTTPS). Documents are kept in private storage that only our team can access.

8. Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted with the website, so no data about your visit is sent to third parties.

Answers you have started typing are kept temporarily in your own browser only (sessionStorage), so they are not lost if the page reloads. They are deleted when you send the form or close the tab.
